THE JOURNEY
2020
In March of 2020 owner and founder Dave Holley suffered a family tragedy with the death of his Mother. At the time he was living in San Francisco. It became necessary for Dave to travel between Phoenix and SF to maintain the property and to prepare it for sale. The financial hardship and disruption to his life led to the formation of The Apache Group.
2021
After spending time in Phoenix and noticing that a substantial number of residents were here seasonally Dave decided to purchase the house he had been maintaining, rent out his SF residence and research the need for business to provide the services he had been doing while traveling between Phoenix and SF. He met his business consultant and mortgage broker Kwanza Wagner and later that year The Apache Group, LLC. was formed.
2022
The Apache Group acquired its first property with the addition of 1159 Drummer and developed the current organizational structure as well as the executive leadership team.
2023
In 2023 minor repairs were made to the Drummer property and it was positioned for rental. Within less than a month both sides of the duple were rented out to one tenant. In San Francisco custom floor to ceiling window coverings were installed by renter request.
2024
Ended 2024 with all three properties at 100% rental capacity or owned. Currently accepting offers on Arizona properties to acquire an event space for 2026.
2017
At this time we are planing for 2026 and looking to add to our investment portfolio.
